We are always here for you. Please email us at wecare@encoreswim.com providing your full name, order ID and describing the issue. Whether it is a fault or a quality bug, we will try our best to fix any issues from our side as soon as possible.
We recommend hand washing in lukewarm water to prolong the longevity of the garment.
Payment
ENCORE SWIM accepts payments in form of VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, PAYPAL and APPLE PAY.
Once the order has been placed, ENCORE SWIM does not offer any price adjustments or any discount codes.
Import duties or taxes might be charged once the shipment reaches your country, according to the local customs policies. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately at wecare@encoreswim.com or +971502839907 (over whatsapp), with the correct information. Please be advised that we cannot guarantee the requested amendments if the order has already been fulfilled.
ENCORE SWIM offers complementary shipping worldwide. We send orders out either through DHL or local post office via Colissimo depending on your country.
We also offer 1 day delivery in Dubai, UAE.
Returns/Exchanges
If we receive any ENCORE SWIM pieces that do not go intact with our return/ exchange policy, we will immediately contact you over provided email and ship your package back to you. Please keep in mind that return/exchange shipping costs ARE NOT covered by ENCORE SWIM.
-Pieces that do not go intact with our return/exchange policies which are:
-Stained/ Soiled, Worn/ Washed, Final sale items.
-Orders that were sent back without promotional items initially included in your box. (Return only)
